The chair is packaged nicely. The box had some shipping damage but the product wasn’t harmed. It’s super easy to assemble. The hardware and tool comes in a neatly, organized package. They even give a few extras. The instructions are easy to read and follow. Everything fit nicely in its place. I had no issue with parts being off or unlined holes. Probably took about 30 minutes to assemble.
The speakers are easy to connect to. The speakers do need charged. It runs off a battery pack that is held in a pocket on the back of the chair. Takes about 90 minutes to get a full charge from dead battery. If your device, PC or gaming system, isn’t Bluetooth capable you will need to purchase a Bluetooth adapter. GTRACING has their own but any adapter should work.
The step by step assembly instructions are on a high quality glossy full color multi page foldout that is usually reserved for the marketing of a product. All components are well made, including the tap holes that are used to connect the chair components together with high quality bolts. The chair looks and feels amazing. Comfort is off the chart 100%. Lumbar support, head and neck support, speakers connect via blue tooth for a surrounding audio experience.
